AIM
Our aim is to connect client with landscape in a way that isn’t forced or preconceived but happens through Disposition, communication and our pragmatic approach to design. With a distinguished Knowledge in both construction and horticulture we aim to create practical and functional areas of hard landscaping paired with Planting that is meticulously thought about to create the sensibility of the landscape.
BRIEF
An initial meeting is to take place on site. This meeting is to form the basis of the brief so a walk around site and a conversation about wants, needs and musts will take place.
Following on from the initial meeting, an estimate for design cost are to be submitted.
SITE SURVEY
Once estimated fees are agreed a full site survey is to be completed. This is to Plot Boundaries, Levels Trees and Soil Type.
On larger plots this process may be contracted out.
PLANS
From the brief formed at the initial meeting and the completed survey a conceptual plan is to be submitted and presented any amendments or changes are to be discussed and made prior to completing the final master plan.
Specification drawings / Planting plans
Detailed construction drawings for any individual elements such as pergolas, water features, outdoor rooms/kitchens ect. Detailed planting plans that include names, placing and quantities of plans. Any of the above will be subject to further costs.
The majority of work is on a design and build basis, but we can also provide tendering packages if you wish to get quotes from other contractors.
We are also happy to tender for jobs that have already been designed by an other designer or a basic plan stated by the client directly.
